Live, train, get  on the edge but age well and enjoy motion for many years to come. 

Identify and overcome deficiencies, avoid unnecessary future injuries.

Our body is  highly interconnected and we age as a whole system. 

We move, interact and communicate and the way we do it makes us more or less vulnerable to forces that affect our allostatic balance and influence how we age and live. 

Athletic Leg Program consist of movements and coordination patterns that will enhance your mobility and elasticity. We will explore ways of training to develop elastic communication between the joints. 

Movement Situations
How much courage do you have to step into the unknown?

Irregularity, difficulty and pressure are important factors in the development of complex systems such as life. Movement Situations are open games ranging from possible to impossible created to increase the adaptive value of your movement qualities and  your strategic decisions in changing and unpredictable environments.

We will challenge your speed, your memory, your ability to collaborate, to coordinate and to make decisions when all goes wrong. 

FM Coordinations (9 Speedtool)
The FM9 Speedtool practice offers intelligent transition from predictable, symmetrical power training to neurologically challenging multi-directional coordinations.  It improves as well  your joint stability, velocity, elastic power and flexibility of upper body.

It is a powerful feedback method and training strategy to improve your athletic performance and overall health, especially in bipedal motion. It helps you to develop a dynamic configuration for running, jumping, striking, throwing and any motion that requires velocity and increased kinetic potential.

Therefore we have put some time limits for our refund policy in case of cancellation on your behalf.
We would like to make clear that 4 weeks before the event starts we give no refunds whatever the reason of cancellation. 
For the period before that we can give you a full refund only if you find someone to replace you in the event.
