is developed and constantly evolves through dialogue and new challenges Its rich content is modular and open to respond to the specific context and needs of each student You will explore your physical priorities and deficiencies, and study the philosophical ideas and theory that maintain the practice. You will study in detail all practical and theoretical aspects of Zero Forms are composed of Athletic Leg, Spine Programme, Coordinations and theoretical maps based on fifteen years of research in the fields of physical training, psychology, philosophy, the science of learning, and communication, We will test your understanding through physical tasks as well as thought experiments. You can start FM Practice at any time, any place. There are no prerequisites. We have students from 9 to 99. You can start right now.
