Human movement involves the harmonious interplay of several sub-systems.

Too often, Strength Training is the first and/or only method used to optimise movement,

although the strongest athlete in the weight room is rarely the best player on the field or court.

Strength fades as we age.

Animals (we are animals) use primarily Relaxation, Rhyth, Coordination, Elasticity, Kinetic Potential, out of which Power Exploration is born. Strength is additional and only the last stage of development.

The Athletic Leg program will help you to understand how your ankles, knees and hips act together
as multidirectional shock absorbers storing and producing
higher kinetic potential without unnecessary damage.

In addition the program will help you to identify your limitations
highlight problem areas in your structure
and the way you coordinate your movement.
