DESCRIPTION

Spine Program
Last longer age better

Understand what makes our spine vulnerable to injuries, even if we are seemingly strong.
Learn about spine’s  functional properties, protecting the central nervous structures while allowing torquing and twisting of each segment.

The spine is the organisational-central axis through and around which we support and organise our movement.
Keep functional complexity and the spine’s capability to transform loads into potential or kinetic energy, addressing elastic tissue properties.

  1. learn how highly interconnected we are and why we age as a whole system
  2. what are the major contributors to accumulative damage of spine
  3. learn how to find training solutions applicable to our specific life demands
  4. create simple and elegant solutions for spine strength and mobility in relation to whole body

Coordinations
Rhythmical movement patterns for healthy joints development

  1. seek lowest energy costs in complex motion
  2. refinement your movement strategies to withstand new challenges
  3. train movements coordinations that  are universally valid and applicable to diverse situations
  4. translate coordination work into training tool for learning communication and inter-social skills

Develop mobility and improve your ability to become more rhythmic and coordinated.

Learn how improvement in coordination and rhythm positively affect  the health of your joints,  decision making and communication.

How to keep proper coordination under difficult conditions, increasing cognitive complexity and physical fatigue.

Movement Situations
Chaos and disruption

  1. to encourage active learning through problem solving
  2. find what are the benefits of non-linear learning environment
  3. study how to inspire to open window for positive neuro-plastic change
  4. learn how we learn and how to build relational patterns and encourage autonomy and self expression

Learning as a nonlinear, self-organizing and synergic process that is driven by the goal of becoming an adaptive, autonomous actor in the world.

Irregularity, difficulty and pressure are important factors in the development of complex systems such as life.

Movement Situations embrace those elements in open games, created to increase the adaptive value of your movement qualities, your strategic decisions and your creative variability in changing and unpredictable environments.
