Fighting Monkey Practice
Open Workshop

Movement situations / 3kidney cycles / 9Speedtool coordinations

Explore and experience new ideas about how rhythm improves our physical performance, our problem solving in games, the health of our organs and joints and how these different  expressions of life are linked through rhythm.

Invitation to the flexible playbook of FM Movement Situations

You will be testing and evaluating the adaptive value of your movement qualities, strategic planning and creative variability in a changing and unpredictable environment.

Introducing 3 Kidney Micro Cycles for healthy lower-back

Back pain affects heavily our posture.
It slowly takes away from us what we care for,  what we want and can explore.
It limits our possibilities and leaves us fragile.

Our wish is to contribute to what could improve your quality of life.
To make our spine healthy, to make the spine a supporting axis around which we orientate in space and reach further than what we already know.

We will provide you with guidelines on how to increase the health of your spine, your joints and connective tissue in various contexts and how you can become more versatile in your approach to  joint preparation and warm ups prior to training and competition.

FM Coordinations (9 Speedtool)

The FM9 Speedtool practice offers intelligent transition from predictable, symmetrical power training to neurologically challenging multi-directional coordinations.  It improves as well  your joint stability, velocity, elastic power and flexibility of upper body.

It is a powerful feedback method and training strategy to improve your athletic performance and overall health, especially in bipedal motion. It helps you to develop a dynamic configuration for running, jumping, striking, throwing and any motion that requires velocity and increased kinetic potential.
