Joints Articulation - 9Mountain Cycles III
To renew interest in body
to awaken senses
to organise spaces
to empty
to gain openness
to ask questions about the world’s echoing effect
on our physiology and architecture
to create artful, sensitive and intimate dialogue with ourselves
without any authority filtering what we should do or feel.
Aim:
Moving away from stiffness, rigid stability
and transition towards harmonious elastic mobility,
producing adaptive power and strength.
Discovering structural stress allowance of our joints
their shape, function and various interconnections
using spirals, rotations, arches, twists and waves.

IMPROVISATION 8
Improvisation
to test, revitalise
and improve our well being
our vitality, our vocabulary
to speak with our bodies.
Improvisation to explore our capabilities
through complex but not complicated
integrative whole-body movement patterns.
Aim:
In this course we will share how this approach has the potential to create a robust and intelligent body cable
of diverse communication and the ability to negotiate our dynamic balance.
Developing internal principles of cooperation, assistance
and repair through principles of adaptation, creativity and evolution.
Why?
Because moving and being able to move with freedom is important.
And because this freedom can be cultivated and preserved to our old age.

Can I do an online class without following the live streaming classes?
Yes, many FM students follow an online class only through the recorded videos, without joining the live streaming classes, as they are in different time zones or cannot do all classes live due to other commitments.
How does this work:
For all new / upcoming FM online classes, the 10 live streaming classes are recorded & shared with the participants on Thinkific platform, maximum 1 day after each live class is completed.
Plus, all shared videos on Thinkific are available for the participants to watch for another 60 days after the last live stream class. -
What is the best online class to start with?
We have a variety of online courses to choose from, depending upon what you are interested in working on. All of our online courses are accessible for 60 days from the last live stream class, or 60 days from the date of purchase, in the case of purchasing a class from the library of past courses. For those new to FM, we recommend starting with Zero Forms Essentials and Zero Forms Spine.
For individuals who are interested in a program with lifelong access and who would like to dive deeper into FM Practice we would advise purchasing SPINE and/ or COORDINATIONS program. -
Do I need a big space to do an online class?
The more space you have the better, but your room should be enough.
We humans have evolved through pressure and restrictions, so we are sure you will find creative solutions to whatever limitation you are facing. -
When can I watch the video recording on Thinkific from today’s live streaming class?
For all new / upcoming FM online classes, the 10 live streaming classes are recorded & shared with the participants on Thinkific platform maximum 1 day after each live class is completed, as it takes a few hours for us to edit and upload the video.

Until when do I have access to an online class I have purchased?
You can see how much time remains on your access to a particular online class in your FM account in “My Practice”.
-
Can I extend my access to an online class once the expiry date has passed?
Due to requests, we have already expanded the duration of students’ access, and are now offering 60-day access for all online classes to enhance learning. In case your access has expired and you want to re-visit an online class, you can always purchase it again, and the new access will be valid for another 60 days.
-
Can I join online classes even if I have no previous experience with FM?
