FM Online Shop Shipping and Refund Policy

1. Application

This policy applies to purchase of goods from the FM Online Shop at only and does not apply to the purchase of other FM products and services (such as workshops and online training videos). This policy should be read in conjunction with our Online Shop Terms & Conditions, which apply to all orders made from our website.

2. Shipping within the European Union (EU)

2.1. Shipping within the European Union will appear in your shopping basket before your checkout process is complete for all Goods except the Dragon Pearl.
2.2. The cost of shipping the Dragon Pearl depends on the size of the Dragon Pearl and your place of delivery.
2.3. FM aims to ship any Goods purchased by you to be delivered within the EU within 10 business days from receiving the order. We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping to rest of the world

If you would like to purchase FM branded Goods to be delivered to countries outside the EU, please email us at and we will contact you regarding whether it is possible to ship to your country and the cost involved.

* Custom Duties may apply for items shipped to non-EU countries.
FM does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may be imposed by the destination country.

We would like to inform you that most countries impose custom/duties fees beyond the cost of the merchandise and shipping already charged to you by FM. These custom/duties taxes are imposed by each country and are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. We are not able to give an estimate of how much these additional fees will be, if they are charged, as they depend on several different variables. These additional fees will be due upon the delivery of the package and are not charged by FM.

4. Cancellation and refund policy

4.1. Orders for Goods purchased and shipped within EU: You have the right to cancel your order for the purchase of Goods (excluding custom made Goods to your specification, Workshops and Online Courses) within 14 days from the delivery of the Goods you ordered so long as the Goods are in their original condition when you return them. You can do so by sending an email to specifying your full name, contact details, and the details of the item to be returned. If accepted, we will confirm the cancelation to you by reply email and setting out how the Goods are to be returned and your order refunded. We will process refund of your order within 30 days from receipt of the returned Goods. We can only refund your order if the Goods returned are in their original condition and have not been used or damaged.
4.2. Orders for Goods purchased and shipped to rest of the world: Once you have completed an order for Goods to be shipped to rest of the world outside of EU, we are unable to cancel your order or provide a refund.
4.3. Orders for custom made Goods: If your order is for Goods custom made to your specification (such as the custom made Dragon Pearl), regardless of whether it is shipped within or outside of EU, you agree that you EXPRESSLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. We will not be able to give you a refund for such order once your order has been placed and payment processed.
4.4. The Practice ball and Dragon’s Pearl are unique and therefore may come with some variations in paint and shape from the production process. 

5. General conditions for shipping Goods

5.1. You will own the goods on and from the later of the point in time when: (a) we receive payment in full, or (b) we deliver the goods to you. FM is not responsible for any delays to the delivery of the Goods if they are due to events outside of our control.
5.2. FM is entitled to require the fulfillment of liabilities, especially the payment of purchase price for any Goods ordered, without regard to the fact that the title in the Goods did not pass to the Purchaser.
