DESCRIPTION

What do biological systems need to do to stay alive
reduce uncertainty and thrive in the dynamic world we live in.

Life rarely happens on cue, on script, or as we expect.
Most of the time it is unpredictable, turbulent, sometimes catastrophic.
It happens in context and it is complex.
How can we cultivate a variety of flexible behaviours
to cope with the dynamic environments we meet
and need to interact with?

If you desire agility within variable situations,
if you want to develop your pluripotent capacities,
(regardless of your domain of interest or territory of expertise)
it is likely that curiosity, artfulness,
novelty seeking and information foraging,
need a place in your magic backpack of adaptive tools.

From the repertory of the FM Precision / Refinement tools you will experience:

– Zero Forms –

Practices to maintain, nourish
and expand the territory of ourselves.

  • Stillness (understanding our context and the world
    we have created for ourselves)
  •  Joints Articulation (architectural intelligence
and structural stress allowance of our bauplan)
  • Coordinations (because we can know and do many things right,
but in the wrong place and wrong time)
  • Improvisations (my disposition to learn and evolve
sensory motor expertise and my experience in the world)
  • Voice (not what I know, but what I do – what I sound like,
because not all adaptations we choose are optimal)

– Movement Situations –

An amazing variety of creative games
To simulate life,
To imagine possible futures,
And to develop strategies for increasing
our “informational reservoir’’

– Metacognitive Reflection –

Through constructive challenge we remind ourselves:
How we learn
How we adapt
How we explore
How we find solutions-
In dialogue,
Within generative struggles,
And through meaningful connections with others.
