“Life on Earth Depends on Freedom to Move”

What we know does not reveal our vitality and resilience.
Our vitality and resilience are reflected
by our capacity to continue learning,
to keep researching possible ways we can meet the world.

Fear of the unknown, of failure, of not being enough
often create self-imposed limitations,
narrow the mental and physical domains of our ‘solution space,’
And prevent us from venturing
into the discomfort of learning something new.

The FM Intensive offers the opportunity to dwell awhile
in the vulnerable and vibrant state of active inquiry;
provides a fertile ground for novel connections,
experiences and insights to emerge.

Using games, tasks and scores of physical
and cognitive complexity,
we will challenge your bodymind,
strengthen your memory and perception,
sharpen your interoceptive sensitivity,
and exercise your muscles of communication.
We will invoke benevolent disruptions
to shake up your habitual patterns
and invite generative uncertainty into the process.
We will propose riddles but won’t provide all the solutions,
because we trust that you are wise enough
to make sense of them yourself;
creative enough to assemble a meaning
that is relevant to your life.

The FM Intensive will not be easy learning.
We don’t offer easy.
What we do offer is a practice
that supports the ability to negotiate complexity through dialogue;
one that couples rigor with playfulness,
challenge with joy,
sweat with laughter,
vigorous intensity with lightness of being.

Hope to meet you there.

GUESTS TEACHERS

Ľudmila Machatsová
Voice Teacher & Communication Specialist

Voice technique teacher with decades of expertise in vocal expression, presence, and the nuanced art of communication. Through her lectures and training in both verbal and non-verbal communication, she invites participants to experience voice not just as sound, but as a living, moving extension of the self.

Dimitris Psomas
Freestyle Wrestling Coach

A former freestyle wrestling champion. Dimitris translates the art of wrestling into a subtle form of dialogue—finding more than just the need to win, but joy in the shared flow with a partner: the exchange of force, energy, and intention as a form of interpersonal communication, and also of self-discovery.

Natália Hejková
Hall of Fame Master Coach in Leadership & Team Dynamics

With a career spanning nearly four decades, Natália is one of the most accomplished figures in European basketball history. She led teams to multiple national and international championships, including five EuroLeague titles with three different clubs. Her ability to guide teams through adversity, build long-term excellence, and foster resilience has made her a role model not only in sport but in life.

Prof. Dr. med Philipp F. W. Erben
Medical Researcher & Movement Explorer

With a deep background in academic medicine, systems theory, and oncology, Philipp brings a rich interdisciplinary perspective to the world of movement. His work explores how complex systems and structural patterns influence transformation, resilience, and innovation—both in the body and in society. Philipp will share his experience at the intersection of science, movement, and human development, inviting participants into a dialogue between structure, sensation, and change.
