FROM IMPROVISATION TO STRUCTURE
We work and combine these three phases:
1. Exploration (Improvisation)
You search. You test. You listen.
You allow movement to emerge without forcing it.
2. Stabilization (Forming)
You identify what works.
You repeat it — not mechanically, but with awareness —
until it becomes accessible and reliable.
3. Transformation (Adaptation)
You change the form as your needs change.
You expand sequences, reduce or increase complexity, change quality.
Nothing is fixed.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Your body is not a machine to maintain.
It is a system that continuously reorganizes itself.
If your practice does not change with you,
it will eventually work against you.
This class develops your ability to:
- sense what is needed
- generate appropriate movement
- adjust in real time
- stay functional across changing conditions
FOR WHOM
- movers, athletes, performers
- people dealing with stiffness, fatigue, or asymmetry
- anyone who wants to build a personal, responsive movement practice
