DESCRIPTION

FM Practice is an experimental training platform that supports us
as we evaluate and understand the models through which
we understand the world,
dynamically solve life’s challenges,
and explore opportunities that increase our viability.

Put simply, FM Practice is life supporting.

It is for anyone interested in thriving in a world
that is constantly changing and asks us to adaptively respond.

It is for anyone who is interested in how we can communicate
and engage more fully in and with the world
in creative and exploratory ways.

Drawn from valuable information offered by science
and empirical data gathered in practical settings.

The resources we will share with you include:

* How to create precision tools that can improve your
grasp of the world through active engagement with
perception-simulation-action-reflection cycles.

* How to model and construct your practice in such a way
that it remains open and capable of responding
to the errors that arise or that we create.
(We design a practice that is guided by errors
rather than false beliefs.)

* How to build the capacity to fluently adjust your behavior
and reduce maladaptive responses that can manifest as
injuries, reduced performance, accelerated ageing,
poor inter-personal relations etc.

TOGETHER WE WILL WORK ON:

8 pillars of life supporting practice to understand
foundational FM Practice principles

Joint Articulations to increase structural stress allowance

Coordinations to foster locomotive integrity
and physical coherence

Improvisation to explore variability and novelty

Movement Situations to test the intelligence
of our problem solving through play and games
