What are Zero Forms?

Zero Forms consist of

1/ Stillness Maps are guiding principles to understand ourselves and our aging.
In which context we are situated / how we behave / how we learn and change over time.

2/ Joints Articulation is a form of moving to create
a precise mapping of our architectural allowance
and to develop joints with enough stability,
interconnectivity and harmony between them,
to keep them healthy and able to meet
the demands of our everyday life.

3/ Whole body Coordinations
to understand how we orchestrate our body in motion.
Moving away from stiffness, rigid stability
and transition towards harmonious elastic mobility,
producing adaptive power and strength.

4/ Improvisations
Opposed to rigidity, the fixity is the model of improvisation.
Where we can access power of plasticity of the brain and enormous variabilities of the human body.
Developing internal principles of cooperation, assistance
and repair through principles of adaptation, creativity and evolution.
