WHO CAN JOIN THE COURSE?
Anyone who wants to get familiar with the language of Zero Forms, without previous experience. Anyone who is already familiar with the practice of Zero Forms and would like to dig deeper into how to interconnect the different ZF components, into one thriving movement system.

* Zero Forms – Joints Articulation is a concept of classes, that can be followed independently, whether you have or haven’t followed the previous classes.
DESCRIPTION
We learn to use movement to ask this question;
to understand the consequences and energy costs
of our actions upon our well being.
Through movement we inquire, provoke observations,
and reveal more precise information about our internal states.
The insight gained gives us tools to repair, vitalise
and make our organism more robust.
Zero Forms Practice is a nutritious dialogue with yourself
that requires no outside authority to dictate
what you should do or feel.
It encourages you to become a competent decision maker,
responsible for tending to your own life, health and practice.
